Examples include arms & abdomen, neck & abdomen, or legs only. How the treatment is performed: The treatment begins lying comfortably on your back, with gentle techniques to open and stimulate the lymph nodes, starting around the neck and chest, before moving into the chosen treatment areas. The abdomen is an important area in lymphatic drainage, as it contains many lymph nodes and pathways and helps support the flow of lymphatic fluid as it is gently moved through the body.
