Jennifer Banurji

Director

Jennifer is a registered Osteopath with four years of clinical experience and a yoga teacher (2026). She has spent over eight years studying the human body, yet firmly believes that you are the expert of your own body. Her role is to listen, support, and guide you towards wellbeing in a way that feels personal, empowering, and achievable.

Known for her empathic and friendly approach, Jennifer creates a relaxed, supportive space where people feel comfortable and heard. She values collaboration and sees treatment as a team effort, aiming to make the journey towards better health awareness both effective and enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking short-term pain relief or long-term maintenance, care is always tailored to what feels most meaningful for you.

Jennifer takes a holistic, bio-psycho-social approach to health, recognising the connection between physical symptoms, emotional wellbeing, and lifestyle. She draws from a range of treatment approaches including osteopathic manual therapy, medical acupuncture, and postnatal rehabilitation, adapting each session to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

Alongside her clinical work, Jennifer has practiced yoga for over 15 years. Through her training, she has increasingly integrated yogic philosophies into both her work and daily life, with a particular focus on slowing down and cultivating awareness. After experiencing her own period of poor health, yoga helped her re-evaluate what truly matters — believing that health is wealth, mental clarity is essential, and contentment is the ultimate goal. These values continue to shape the calm, thoughtful, and supportive way she works with patients.

Ausra Stankelyte

Director

Ausra is a dedicated Massage Therapist with four years of clinical experience and a lifelong curiosity about how the human body functions, adapts, and heals. With over 14 years of personal practice in yoga and Pilates, she brings a deep understanding of movement, anatomy, and body awareness into every session.

Long before training professionally, Ausra found joy in caring for others through touch, often helping family and friends simply because she loved seeing them feel better. That natural instinct has grown into a meaningful career rooted in empathy, continuous learning, and genuine care.

Her approach is intuitive and client-focused. Rather than following a fixed routine, Ausra tailors each treatment to what your body needs on the day — whether that’s deep muscular release, restorative work, or support for overall balance. She combines skilled hands-on techniques with a calm, grounding presence to ease tension, reduce fatigue, and encourage recovery.

In 2026, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training, further deepening her understanding of breathwork, nervous system regulation, and mindful movement. She continues to integrate these principles into her bodywork, helping people move with greater confidence and feel more at ease in daily life.

For Ausra, the greatest reward is hearing that someone feels lighter, stronger, or more comfortable in their own body. Each session is an opportunity to reconnect and restore — supporting lasting wellbeing built through awareness and consistency, not quick fixes.
